Job Description:Seeking an experienced and dynamic Distribution Center Forklift Operator in our new distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The Distribution Center Forklift Operator will be responsible for multiple processes in the Distribution Center, including receiving, product put away, order selection, order auditing, and truck loading.  Forklift Operators will generally be assigned to a specific function, however, may be placed in where needed to support the business activities.  The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented and experienced in Distribution Center activities.  
Key Responsibilities:Receiving:Unloading product from manufacturing plants and vendors using standup forklift equipment.  Receiving materials using scan guns and packing slip documents. Verify parts and quantity.Put away pallets into the proper storage location, either racking or bulk storage, using scan guns.   
Order Puller:Pull customer orders using man-up order picker equipment.  Use of scan gun for product location and quantity.  Count product, properly build order on pallet in a safe manner, and stage pallet for final audit.   Print and apply packing slips, pallet labels, shipping information on the orders.  Finalize pallet by stretch wrapping the order and staging for outbound shipping.
Audit:  Verify the outbound customer order for the proper product and quantity using scan gun and order documents.  Make proper adjustments with the Order Puller if necessary.    
Shipping:Load orders onto outbound trailers using standup forklift equipment.  Utilize corporate Distribution Center safety processes to ensure safe environment.   
Qualifications:2 years of continued experience in Distribution Center operations minimum, 2 + years preferredAt least 1 year experience using stand up and order picker forklift equipment.  Proof of prior Forklift license required.
