• Provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Manage tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and communication
• Utilize MS365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation, data management, and email correspondence
• Help organize office spaces and maintain office supplies
• Assist with additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
• Preferred Experience: Ideal for entry-level candidates, including recent high school or college graduates
