Bilingual Assistant Warehouse Manager
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
    • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
    • Help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies.
    • Ensure that products are properly stored, palletized, and sorted for distribution.
    • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks.
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
    • Assist with scheduling and organizing warehouse activities to maximize productivity.
    • Provide support in resolving any operational or logistical issues that arise.
    • Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving products as needed.

  • Qualifications:
    • Experience in a warehouse environment, including supervisory or leadership roles.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
    • Proficiency in operating forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks is required.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and shipments.

  • Preferred:
    • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
    • Prior experience in a leadership position in a warehouse or distribution center.

    • Pay $21hr
    • Schedule Monda-Friday Day shift
    • Temp to Hire
    • Must pass full drug and background
