STS Staffing is seeking several Cafeteria workers in Truckee CA. Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm $23/hr. Cafeteria WorkerDuties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a cafeteria setting
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cafeteria area
- Maintain inventory of food and supplies, and restock as needed
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling sandwiches
- Set up and break down serving stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the cafeteriaExperience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene protocols
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
