TITLE: COMPUTER HARDWARE TECHNICIAN PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provides maintenance and repair services to all computer hardware and computer hardware peripherals in the division.   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: General knowledge of the operation, uses and capabilities of computer hardware and software;  thorough knowledge of methods and techniques used to maintain and repair computer hardware and software; thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, HTML, G Suite, and Microsoft Office; ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions; ability to read and understand maintenance manuals and to work from sketches, drawings and diagrams; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and considerable experience in the maintenance and repair of computer hardware and software. QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Have a general understanding of Windows operating systems.

• Have a general knowledge of Microsoft networks.

• Have basic computer programming skills to trace faulty operation of computer programs.

• Have the communication skills to work with hardware and software vendors as well as hardware and software technical support personnel in order to resolve computer problems.

• Have the personal human relations skills to work with division personnel in addressing technology problems.

Pay: $20/hr. or up DOQ Hours: 8:00am to 5pm M-F  # Minnetonka
