- Operate and maintain forging and press machines
- Work with heated metals and dies to produce precision aerospace parts
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assist with die setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in metal manufacturing, forging, or machining is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Must pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
