STS Staffing is currently looking for a Transportation Driver for our client that is located in Blaine.  
Position type- Full Time Temp to Hire
Shift-                     1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate-             $20/HR depends on DOE 
Requirements

1. Clean Driving Record Required
2. DOT Physical and MVR Check
3. Acceptable driving record to include no outstanding warrants, fines etc.
4. Possess a valid Minnesota driver’s license and a clean driving record
5. Familiar with the twin cities’ metro area and/or ability to use GPS

 Responsibilities and Duties 

1. Drive the company vehicle responsibly and within all laws pertaining to the safe operation of motor vehicles.
2. Operates Forklift to move product – Must HAVE Forklift Experience
3. Keep company vehicles in good working order, schedule required maintenance, inform supervisor of any maintenance issues
4. Checking that necessary paperwork is in place before departing for pick-ups or deliveries. Understand precisely how to get to the destination and back using the quickest and most sensible way. Upon return give all goods and documents from pickups/delivery to shipping supervisor.
5. Ensure that the truck is empty of all pick-ups for the day at the end of each work shift.
6. Handle all shipments carefully to avoid damage.
7. Ensure the truck is packed in such a fashion as to avoid shipping damage.
8. While not operating the truck, assist in the shop as required.  
9. Able to work outdoors as needed and agreeable to overtime
10. Able to stand, lift 50 pounds, and sit/walk most of the day
11. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and Self Directed Worker
12. Experience in warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
