Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and components. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency in using power tools. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, fitting assembly units etc.
Duties
- Assembles/processes product, parts and assemblies using hand tools, customized tooling, and semi-automated equipment.
- Inspects and tests parts, assemblies and products using precision measuring and testing equipment.
- Adjust process within defined ranges based on measured results
- Utilize power tools and machinery for assembly and fabrication processes.
- Conduct electrical wiring tasks, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
Requirements
- Proficiency in working with logic controllers and surface mount technology.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical wiring, soldering, and assembly processes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must obtain and complete LMS training

- Temp to Hire-Full time
- Schedule-Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
- Pay-$20hr DOE
