Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Assembler. This role is working on Industrial X-Ray equipment for Cargo & Non-Destructive testing. Requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency in using power tools. Focusing on security and inspection of products. Complete build of new product. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, fitting assembly units etc. Duties
Assembles/processes product, parts and assemblies using hand tools, customized tooling, and semi-automated equipment.
Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies
Able to work with Electrical, electro-mechanical test fixtures
Utilize power tools and machinery for assembly and fabrication processes.
Conduct electrical wiring tasks, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
Tests and Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
Requirements
Associates Degree in engineering or related field
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Must be able to install and configure software
Experience in using Power Meters, Oscilloscopes & Digital Multi-Meters
Proficiency in working with logic controllers and surface mount technology.
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Experience in electrical wiring, soldering, and assembly processes.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
