- April 7th, 2025: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- April 11th, 2025: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour
About the Role:
STS Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with the setup and dismantling of trade show booths at an exciting upcoming event in Phoenix, AZ. This temporary role offers the chance to work as part of a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in event production. There's potential for permanent placement for the right candidate!Key Responsibilities:
- Booth Setup: Assist in setting up 60 trade show booths on April 7th
- Tool Operation: Use electrical and hand tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers) to assemble booths according to detailed specifications
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team to meet deadlines and follow event organizers' instructions to ensure setups meet standards and safety regulations
- Booth Dismantling: Help dismantle booths on April 11th, ensuring everything is disassembled efficiently and safely
- Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace during both setup and teardown
Job Requirements:
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using electrical tools (drills, screwdrivers) and hand tools
- Experience: Previous experience in event setup or related roles is a plus, but not required
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand or move around for extended periods
- Dependability: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Team Player: Able to communicate effectively and work well with others
- Availability: Must be available on April 7th (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and April 11th (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
