Responsibilities
- Performing electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical troubleshooting, installing, and repairing and maintaining printing equipment
- Work directly with customers in person and by phone/virtual
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team
- Travel to multiple regional customer printing plants
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- At least 5 years' experience electrical and electro-mechanical industrial machinery
- Knowledge of digital and inkjet printing presses. Candidates Inkcups, EPS, Innovative Digital Systems, Mimaki, Roland DBA, EFI, Koenig & Bauer/KBA preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (have a valid driver's license and current passport or the ability to obtain one)
- Strong problem solving, testing, repairing, problem-solving, and troubleshooting experience
- Experience training maintenance teams
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
- Must live in Secaucus NJ area and be able to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
- Strong color visual acuity, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
