We are seeking a reliable and skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to help maintain, repair, and enhance stone surfaces across multiple job sites in Phoenix and surrounding areas. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in delivering top-quality results, and seek variety in their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Maintenance: Clean, seal, and polish stone surfaces to keep them looking beautiful and in pristine condition.
• Repairs: Evaluate and repair surfaces with scratches, chips, and cracks using industry-standard techniques and materials.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our high standards and client expectations. Address any concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Client Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, offering expert guidance, and ensuring satisfaction with the final outcome.
• Physical Demands: Lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform tasks requiring physical strength, stamina, and precision.
• Work Environment: Experience a variety of indoor and outdoor work environments, facing diverse weather conditions while traveling to different job sites across the state.
• Training Provided: Comprehensive, hands-on training to help you succeed in the role and develop your skills.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English or bilingual.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have your own transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Clean Driving Record: A clean MVR and eligibility for a company vehicle based on performance.
• Noise Resilience: Comfortable working in environments with noise and high activity.
• Physical Agility: Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting, standing, and moving at various job sites.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a focus on professionalism when interacting with clients and team members.
• Background Check & Drug Screening: Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen to be eligible for the role.
