Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, sealing, and polishing stone surfaces to maintain durability and appearance.
Assess and repair damaged surfaces—addressing scratches, chips, cracks, and other imperfections using industry-standard techniques and materials.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, offer expert advice, and ensure satisfaction with final results.
Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and project status.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lift heavy materials, work on your feet for long periods, and perform tasks that require physical precision.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites (statewide).
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
Eligible for auto insurance under our company policy (an MVD check will be conducted before full-time hire).
