STS Staffing is Immediately Hiring Floor Technicians in Phoenix, AZ

Position: Floor Technicians

  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Description: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sealing, and polishing stone surfaces to maintain their appearance and durability.Assess and repair damaged stone surfaces, including addressing scratches, chips, cracks, and other imperfections. Use appropriate techniques and materials to restore surfaces to their original condition. Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company standards and customer requirements. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure satisfaction with the completed work. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including labor hours, materials used, and project progress.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring physical stamina and precision. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, potentially in various weather conditions. Job sites vary throughout the state.  

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent preferred.

• Completion of background and drug screenings.
• Bilingual or English-speaking.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). You will be considered for a company vehicle once certain metrics are met. 
• Reliable transportation for travel to various job sites as a Temp.
• Resilient to noise.
• Physically agile
• Excellent communication skills
