STS Staffing is seeking motivated, hands-on individuals to join our client’s team as Battery Disassemblers. This is a physically active role that requires safely taking apart batteries, sorting components, and following strict safety procedures.Responsibilities:
- Safely disassemble various battery types (lithium-ion, lead-acid, etc.)
- Sort and separate materials for recycling or disposal
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Inspect batteries for damage or hazards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have steel-toed boots
- Previous experience in industrial work, electronics, or battery handling is a plus
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
