Job Description
QA Inspector/Manager
The duties will be the following: perform incoming, set-up and final inspection of machined parts, provide support to Change Management programs as needed, perform First Article Inspection on initial production of new parts, assemble inspection documents to accompany shipments, archive inspection records in the appropriate storage locations, set-up and complete CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspections and maintain part and lot traceability throughout the inspection process.
Must possess good problem solving ability and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude as well as communicate technical information. Minimum qualifications include basic shop math, ability to read and interpret procedures and operating manuals. Experience in an AS9012, TS16949, ISO9001 or ISO13485 certified manufacturing facility. Experience level:- 2 years/ Strong CMM Experience
Schedule:- M-Th 6:00am to 4:30pm. OT as needed on Fridays.
Ability to commute/relocate:- Blaine, MN 55449: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:- Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)/ Strong CMM Exp.
