We are looking for RMA Manager | Korean Bilingual with Electrical Engineering Job Overview: An industrial monitor supplier to customers such as Game Machine Manufacturer and Public Display Company. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is returned product from customer’s production line and field.RMA manager is communicating with customer’s quality department, receiving RMAs, analyzing & repairing the RMA defects, delivering back to customers, reporting the repair log data to all related department. Job Duties:
Process whole RMA with customers (Issuing RMA # up to delivery RMA to customers)
Analyze & repair the monitor’s defects and log the repair data
Report the repair data weekly to HQ in Korea and factory in China.
Communicate closely with customer’s Quality Team and Quality Team in Korea
Communicate with parts inventory supervisor for spare parts
Manage RMA workers and RMA space
Technical support for customers related with RMA
Review the quality report from customers
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Electrical engineering or Technical School (bachelor’s degree preferred)
Electronic products service experience is preferred
Korean/English bilingual required.
Advanced knowledge and skill for Microsoft Office.
Managing Process
Quality Management Skill
Required to pass a drug doping test.
Legally authorized to work in USA
Required own vehicle to commute work and valid driver's license
Benefits:
