Sales Pro: Prefer Staffing Firm sales experience in the Clerical and Light Industrial space, but will consider those with 2+ years of outside sales experience.
Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
Experience:
- Proven hunter with 2-4 yrs. experience in business development, technology sales, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and ability to effectively close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Broad background or understanding of technical products/services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
