This role will focus on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and sales skills, with a strong ability to identify and meet the staffing needs of companies across various industries.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, cold calling, networking, and client outreach.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients’ staffing needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Research and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands.
- Understand client industries and businesses to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the recruitment and HR teams to ensure that the right candidates are matched with client requirements.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to continuously improve services.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and objectives.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, outlining progress toward targets, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in staffing or recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of staffing industry trends is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 year of sales experience.
