Self Storage Administrator/Maintenance WorkerWe are looking for an energetic team member to assist with the clerical and maintenance duties at our self-storage facility in Las Vegas. The job includes working inside the office assisting customers, and on the grounds performing general maintenance duties, and physical labor and lifting boxes to clean out units required.
Job Requirements-Friendly and professional demeanor, and a positive attitude with willingness to provide exceptional customer service
-Computer literate using our self storage software, proficient in Microsoft Office
-Effectively communicates with fellow associates and management
-Previous self storage experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED, but not required
-Sales experience is a plus
General Responsibilities and Duties to include, but not limited to:
-Outstanding customer service to customers in store and over phone
-Promoting rentals and keeping the facility rented at optimum levels
-Show, rent, and maintain storage units. Light maintenance includes cleaning office, storage units, and grounds
-Collecting payments, and implementing company procedures
-General office management, maintain tenant documentation, opening and closing the office, making bank deposits, preparing facility reports, etc.
-Maintains a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility
-Position requires physical labor and lifting boxes to clean out units is required.
Job Type: Full-time / Temp to Hire
Expected hours: Between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., 5 days per week, Tuesday through SaturdayDress Attire: Client will provide shirt. Tan or black pants. No rips, camouflage or saggy pants. Must have good hygiene and look presentable at all times! -Must pass a full drug and background check Pay: $17hr Offers great bonus' on top of hourly pay
