Self Storage Administrator Self Storage Office assistant will encompass working in all aspects of the facility: renting the units, helping customers, performing general maintenance duties, physical labor with assisting lifting boxes/sweeping to clean out units required. MUST have prior experience in a Self-Storage administrative role.
General Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: *Provide outstanding customer service to customers in store and over phone *Promoting rentals and keeping the facility rented at optimum levels *Show, rent, and maintain storage units. Light maintenance includes cleaning office, storage units, and grounds *Collecting payments, and implementing company procedures *General office management, maintain tenant documentation, opening and closing the office, making bank deposits, preparing facility reports, etc. *Maintains a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility *Position requires physical labor and lifting boxes to clean out units is required. Job Requirements Friendly and professional demeanor, and a positive attitude Computer literate using our self storage software(SiteLink), proficient in Microsoft Office Effectively communicates with fellow associates and management Sales experience is a plusMUST have prior experience in a self storage setting Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm Temp to Perm Pay: $18hr+
