Work Hours and Assignments· The Service Department is active Monday thru Saturday. Weekday hours 7:30 AM-6:30 PM. Changes in work days, shift or hours, including mandatory overtime may occur for various reasons. Changes or additional hours may be occasional, such as filling-in during a coworker’s absence, or could be extended due to staff changes or business climate. In addition, task assignments may vary by person according to ability, familiarity or skill.
General Purpose and Scope of the Position· To serve as a Service Drive Greeter and Attendant assisting with customer vehicle intake, movement and parking.· Off-site customer vehicle pick-up, at home or business, and return vehicle deliveries (Concierge Services).· To perform daily cleaning and sanitizing to the interior of each Loaner Vehicle, in preparation for customer use.· To assist with handling, processing and recording the use of Service Loan Vehicles through an iPhone/iPad app and other established procedures. Mobile phone, preferably iPhone, required.· Perform general maintenance cleaning to specific areas of the dealership including service drive, customer areas, grounds and workshop.· To protect, maintain and elevate where possible the Audi customer experience by upholding dealership brand standards, backed by high levels of customer care performed in a manner consistent with dealership culture. This purpose is crucial to overall customer satisfaction, relationship building, social media ratings, and customer/client retention. Basic Requirements and Physical Demands· As a greeter and first contact in the Service Drive, the attendant must put forth and maintain a high standard of personal appearance, including all aspects of grooming and the ability to communicate in a manner consistent with brand standards. Uniform shirt and pants are supplied. Black shoes are required.· A Nevada Driver’s License continually maintained with a favorable driving record to assure compliance with and insurability by the Dealership insurance carrier.· Working outdoors, being exposed to strong sunlight, wind and temperature extremes typical of the region.· Being able to bend, kneel, squat, compress, crawl, stand for extended periods, and work with hands as required to perform vehicle inspections and other tasks such as cleaning and daily maintenance of loaned vehicles or collection of trash on dealership grounds.· The willingness and ability to consistently follow detailed instruction, rules and procedures as set forth by the Dealership, with a high order of accuracy.· Completion of all company required Compliance Training and Testing. #vegas
