 Position: Material Handler – Crown Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator
 Location: Tempe, AZ
 Pay: $19.00 per hour
 Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
 Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Morning shift | Open availability required, weekends are mandatoryAbout the RoleSTS Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler with experience of operating Crown Stand-Up Reach forklifts. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations — handling inventory, supporting shipping and receiving, and ensuring materials are moved safely and accurately.Key Responsibilities

• Operate Crown Stand-Up Reach forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks with precision and care.
• Use RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling and placement of goods.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required
• Valid forklift certification (Crown Stand-Up Reach preferred)
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Ability to work weekends and maintain full schedule availability
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Background check and drug screening (including THC) required
